Woodville 150 years Golf Tournament
This Tournament is for both men and women. A great opportunity to celebrate Woodville turning 150 years with playing a round of golf, sponsored by Cartown. You will also receive a 150 year logo golf ball as a memento. - proudly sponsored by Positively Woodville. Woodville 150th Dance
Come and join the party! In conjunction with Positively Woodville and the Woodville-Pahiatua Racing Club. Covers band ‘Make Believe’ is booked and the drinks are on ice ready for the bar. Cash or Eftpos. Dress for the Ages if you dare!
150th Cake cutting ceremony and a Bottle Auction.

Splash Day
A fun opportunity to mark Woodville’s 150th year by taking a mid-year chilly dip in the Woodville Swimming Pool.

Music Through the Years
Celebrating 150 years of Woodville. A concert hosted by the local community choir, ‘Stand up and Sing’ with special guests including international soprano Anna Leese, international baritone Dr Matthew Leese, the Viking Choir and many more. Entry is $15.00 per person, 13 years and under are free (but must book) Tickets on sale on 1 June.

The much-loved Holy Trinity Annual Bazaar & Flower Show returns on Saturday, 23 August 2025, offering a fantastic afternoon of community spirit, creativity, and local delights. Doors open at 12:30PM, admission is free, and everyone is welcome.

Wool-ville: A Celebration of the Wonderful Fibre of New Zealand Wool
A two-day festival of wool in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Woodville. The weekend of 8 & 9 March 2025 will see the town’s Anglican Church and its grounds hosting exhibitions and stalls celebrating a remarkable fibre, which has an ancient past and an exciting future.

141st Horticultural and Industrial Show
Celebrate Woodville 150 Years at one of New Zealand’s longest-running events featuring impressive competition vegetables and blooms and creative entries in both the childrens’ and handiworks sections. This year, the floral art section is dedicated to 150 years with a “70 Mile Bush” and “150 Years” theme.
